Heading down this way in the deep snow was kind of hard, but not too bad.Heading back up, was a killer! It was nearly dark, and I kept breaking through the crust, sometimes up to my hip. That hill is kind of steep anyway, but this made it VERY difficult. This is why I carry a flashlight, as I would not like to burn up my phone battery to find my way back to the car!
The beaches here have shrunk dramatically in the past three months, due to the remarkable winter we have had! Don't know where all the tourists will sit this summer!
